Back Technical Analyst - Entry Level @

As a Technical Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing solutions that enhance the quality of IT products and services. This position is in Lafayette, LA in a hybrid working model. How You'll Make an Impact Design, develop, test and implement new technologies and applications. Provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk environment. Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements. Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations/configurations. Investigate, debug and troubleshoot software and application issues. Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages. Draft technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques. Experience or familiarity with SQL, Java, and C++ (preferred). Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional written and verbal communication.
