Position summary Sikich is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. In this client-facing leadership role, the Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical solution design, development leadership, integration strategy, and ensuring alignment across all Salesforce Org deliverables. The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, designing highly available solutions, and providing technical leadership for large development teams. What will you do in this role? Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Develop integration strategies to ensure alignment across Salesforce applications and enterprise systems. Lead technical teams and provide mentorship to developers and engineers. Design scalable, highly available solutions that support large user populations and high-volume data environments. Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful delivery. Oversee technical solution quality, architecture, and implementation best practices. Support the successful delivery of Salesforce development initiatives while ensuring alignment with project objectives What do you need to succeed in this role? Minimum 4 years of full-time experience serving as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect responsible for the design, development, and implementation of integrated IT solutions. Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 5 full-time resources. Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 4 years of qualifying Salesforce application development experience in lieu of the degree, in accordance with contract requirements. Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and system integration experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.

Experience delivering enterprise solutions supporting:

5,000+ internal and external users 5 million+ data records Multi-tier (n-tier) architectures High-availability environments, including clustering and load balancing. Minimum 3 years of Salesforce application development experience implementing solutions using three or more of the following technologies: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL) RESTful API development and integration Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Additional years of qualifying experience may be substituted in accordance with contract requirements.
