As a UKG Pro HCM Senior Consultant Functional Transformation on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will support clients in designing and implementing workforce management solutions that improve business operations and workforce experiences. Key Responsibilities Implement the UKG Pro HCM Payroll module Support full-lifecycle UKG Pro Payroll implementations, including business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, testing, cutover, and hypercare Gather and document business requirements through workshops, discovery sessions, and client meetings Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to deliver workforce management solutions aligned to business needs Serve clients across industries such as healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing Required Skills Work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Build and sustain professional relationships Lead projects or workstreams Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Meet deadlines Provide clear guidance to others Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience in human resources and workforce management functions and processes 4+ years of experience implementing the UKG Pro HCM module 4+ years of experience across the full lifecycle of a workforce management implementation (business analysis, functional specification, system configuration, design, testing, cutover, hypercare) 4+ years of experience leading requirements-gathering workshops and facilitating client meetings Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a consulting environment Experience implementing HRIS platforms other than UKG Pro Workforce Management Experience serving clients in healthcare, consumer, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing industries About the Team The HR Strategy & Technology team develops leading global HR strategies and implements cutting-edge HR technologies.
