Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to support a large-scale federal Human Capital Management (HCM) modernization initiative. This role will focus on configuring and implementing Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions, supporting business process design, testing, and deployment activities. This position offers the opportunity to support a high-profile Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment. Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to pass a background check. This position is remote. Responsibilities Configure and implement Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions. Gather requirements and translate business needs into Workday functionality. Configure absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time-tracking processes. Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Partner with business and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Document configurations, processes, and recommendations. Qualifications 3+ years of Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience. Experience with Workday configuration and full lifecycle implementations. Strong knowledge of leave plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and time entry processes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification.
