Hourly Rate:

$75/HR on W2 We are seeking an experienced Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking Consultant to support a global Workday rollout. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation support across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements mapping and provide functional guidance for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking. Support solution architecture, design, configuration strategy, and implementation rollout. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to define scalable Workday solutions. Provide best practice recommendations and support testing, validation, and deployment activities. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules. Experience with Workday implementations, global rollouts, and functional design. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to Have Workday Payroll module experience. Project Overview The client is rolling out Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules across multiple countries and needs an experienced consultant to help define architecture, complete design activities, and support implementation planning.
