Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant to support a large-scale federal Human Capital Management (HCM) modernization initiative. This role will be responsible for planning, mapping, cleansing, converting, validating, and loading data from legacy HR systems into Workday. The consultant will work closely with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to ensure data integrity and successful migration of employee, organizational, and historical workforce data. This position offers the opportunity to support a high-profile Workday implementation within a complex enterprise environment. Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to pass a background check. This position is remote. Responsibilities Lead Workday data conversion activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Develop source-to-target mapping documents and conversion specifications. Analyze, cleanse, transform, and validate legacy data for migration. Execute mock conversions and support testing cycles. Reconcile converted data and resolve data quality issues. Collaborate with functional, technical, and client teams to ensure successful deployments. Qualifications 3+ years of Workday Data Conversion experience. Experience with Workday EIB and data migration tools. Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Experience supporting Workday HCM implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Workday certification. Experience migrating data from PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems. Federal government implementation experience.
