Workday Functional Analyst Compensation:

$ 80000 - 100000 annually, depending on experience

Full Remote Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a Workday professional who enjoys improving systems, solving business challenges, and building efficient processes. In this role, you'll support a dynamic environment by configuring Workday, enhancing reporting, and helping users get the most out of the platform.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality Support tenant setup and business process configuration Build and troubleshoot calculated fields and validation rules Create reports, dashboards, and system enhancements Test and deploy feature releases and new functionality Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements Develop training guides and user documentation Provide support for system issues and process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration and maintenance Knowledge of business process configuration and security Experience with calculated fields and validation rules Ability to build reports and dashboards Experience supporting testing and system deployment Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, or Talent modules Background creating training materials and knowledge resources Experience supporting workflow design Familiarity with feature release evaluations Experience working in a healthcare environment
