WMS Functional/Technical Consultant (Production Support)

Location:

Memphis, TN or Bethlehem, PA (Onsite)

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Experience in Functional and/or Technical WMS support Minimum 1 year of hands-on Production Support experience Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills Experience supporting WMS operations in a production environment Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment Ability to analyze business requirements and provide system solutions Experience working with end users, business teams, and support teams Strong SQL/querying skills (preferred) Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, Oracle

WMS, SAP

EWM, or similar is preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
