Job Description

Job Purpose Perform software development tasks which might include: Administrative paperwork Software evaluation and support tasks Application troubleshooting and correction Simple application design and coding Other duties as defined by the manager Key Responsibilities and Duties Administrative paperwork as assigned Assist in evaluation and recommendation of software Analyze business process issues that may be improved or automated through a software system solution Design and code the software solutions to these business issues Support purchased applications as required Act as team leader and project manager as projects require Experience and Educational Qualifications HS Diploma and BS degree preferred 5 years Experience in an Applications Development Environment Equivalent experience must be in Applications Development environment. Development Environment is defined support and/or creation of software applications systems. Abilities Required Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly. Must be able to take direction and work well with others. Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
