Direct Hire May 22, 2026 Tech Assurance Specialist (10778) Our client is looking for a Sr. Technical Assurance Specialist. This position is a direct hire and will require candidates local to the DFW area as it is a hybrid in office/remote role. Summary Work closely with engineering teams and leadership to assess how critical systems are designed and delivered Evaluate technology and operational risks across complex platforms and large-scale data systems Analyze system architecture, CI/CD processes, APIs, integrations, and distributed environments Map system dependencies, workflows, and data flows to identify potential gaps and weaknesses Use data, modern tools, and AI-assisted analysis to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Assess delivery processes, prioritization, and execution across technical teams Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership Recommend improvements to systems, resilience, delivery practices, and strategic execution Collaborate in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment that values innovation and analytical thinking Ideal candidates have experience in engineering, technology risk, or technical assurance, along with knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices Strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to balance technical and business considerations are essential
