Contract-to-Hire / Full-Time Preferred W2 Only ; U.S. Citizen s and Green Card holders only We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Developer with deep expertise in Workday Compensation to join our team in Dallas. ????Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday configurations
- Expert-level knowledge of Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules
- Experience managing annual compensation cycles, including merit and focal reviews
- Ability to build custom reports within Workday
- Solid understanding of Workday Business Processes (BP)
- Workday Certification is preferred but not required
- Exposure to Recruiting and Absence modules is a plus ?
