Workday SME•Techno Functional We are seeking a skilled Workday Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This role involves configuring Workday modules, developing integrations, supporting business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and Finance solutions. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements Configure and maintain Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, or Financials Design, build, and support Workday integrations using tools like EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio Develop calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and business process frameworks (BPFs)
