Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft tools and learning new software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel) Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and computer networking concepts, or a strong willingness to learn Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities Quick learner who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team Open to feedback and able to provide constructive input in a professional manner Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Dedicated to long-term professional growth and contributing to the company's success Responsibilities Install, manage, and maintain computer hardware, software, and related systems to ensure reliable performance Provide technical support for operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity issues Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides Collaborate with IT team members to support and enhance the organization's technology infrastructure Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
