Job Description A large law firm employer is looking for an IT Client Support Analyst in the San Antonio area. This role exists at the intersection of client support, data operations, and technical analysis. The IT Client Support Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, formatting, testing, and loading client data while serving as a key point of contact between internal teams and external clients. This position contributes directly to solution quality, client satisfaction, and the operational integrity of data deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically driven, and eager to grow into a long-term career path.
Data Operations & Production:
Manage FTP sites and process client data files, including formatting, validation, and database uploads. Monitor load and error reports, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement corrections. Generate and distribute production files while maintaining accurate client setup information.
Technical Research & Problem Solving:
Provide technical research, analysis, and support for client projects. Troubleshoot system, hardware, storage, and software issues, escalating concerns when necessary. Utilize and maintain expertise in collection software platforms and related tools.
Quality Assurance & Analysis:
Ensure quality and accuracy of client data deliverables through QA processes. Analyze production trends, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency. Participate in onboarding assessments and continuous performance evaluations.

Skills and Requirements Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree is required. Ideally, this degree should be in Information Systems or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Advanced computing skills, especially in performing data manipulations with Excel.
  • Analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and evaluate production records and trends.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and correct equipment failures, hardware issues, or data storage difficulties.

  • Attention to detail for quality assurance and performance evaluation.
  • Data analysis skills to increase production efficiency.
Prior experience with FTP site monitoring and file management Experience with database file editing and data formatting workflows Background in file and data analysis within a production or operations environment Experience supporting professional services or consulting engagements Exposure to QA processes for data deliverables
