Job Description A large law firm employer is looking for an IT Client Support Analyst in the San Antonio area. This role exists at the intersection of client support, data operations, and technical analysis. The IT Client Support Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, formatting, testing, and loading client data while serving as a key point of contact between internal teams and external clients. This position contributes directly to solution quality, client satisfaction, and the operational integrity of data deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically driven, and eager to grow into a long-term career path.

Data Operations & Production:
Manage FTP sites and process client data files, including formatting, validation, and database uploads. Monitor load and error reports, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and implement corrections. Generate and distribute production files while maintaining accurate client setup information.Technical Research & Problem Solving:
Provide technical research, analysis, and support for client projects. Troubleshoot system, hardware, storage, and software issues, escalating concerns when necessary. Utilize and maintain expertise in collection software platforms and related tools.Quality Assurance & Analysis:
Ensure quality and accuracy of client data deliverables through QA processes. Analyze production trends, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency.
