Job Description

IT Sourcing Consultant || Richmond, VA || Onsite We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Consultant to support sourcing and supplier management initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFP creation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
Required Skills:
8+ years of IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing experience Strong vendor and contract negotiation skills Experience managing complex sourcing projects Excellent communication and technical writing skills Requirements gathering experience
Preferred:
Knowledge of Virginia Public Procurement laws
