DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Senior Emerging Tech (Physical AI, Robotics and Supply Chain) Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives—with a specialized focus on Physical AI, robotics, simulation, and supply chain transformation including warehousing and assembly/production line environments. You'll drive customer success by providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You have built a deep solutions implementation and delivery understanding of Physical AI's building blocks—AI for Automation, digital twin, robotics, edge solutions, simulation, and autonomous systems—as well as supply chain technologies. Proficient in architecting and deploying autonomous systems, robotics, simulation, digital twins, and industrial AI workloads on AWS, you'll provide a secure, reliable, and scalable Physical AI infrastructure for innovation by our customers. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries. Key job responsibilities As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for: Architecting and delivering Physical AI solutions on AWS—including digital twin environments, discrete event simulation, robotic policy training pipelines, edge inference, and autonomous system deployments for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing customers Engaging with customers end-to-end: from pre-sales discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, testing, and production handoff Designing and implementing simulation and synthetic data pipelines using tools such as NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and AWS-native services (SageMaker, IoT, Greengrass, VAMS) to train and validate robotic and autonomous systems Providing subject matter expertise on warehousing, fulfillment, and production line transformation—conducting on-site assessments, identifying automation opportunities, and building customer trust through demonstrated domain knowledge Developing packaged offerings, reusable delivery accelerators, reference architectures, and training materials in the supply chain and Physical AI space to support delivery teams and go-to-market motions A day in the life This team partners with our customers to increase their shareholder value and assist in disrupting their business models. About the team You'll join the ProServe Emerging Tech practice, a team focused on helping customers across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain industries adopt Physical AI, robotics, and simulation technologies on AWS. We work directly with customers to solve real-world automation problems—from warehouse optimization to production line transformation—and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, data scientists, and partner engineers. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience Experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies 7+ years of experience building solutions for IoT, robotics, simulation, autonomous systems, or edge computing in industrial or supply chain environments 3+ years of experience implementing Physical AI or robotics projects including at least one of: digital twin environments, robotic policy training, discrete event simulation, or autonomous vehicle/system deployment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) AWS Professional level certification or graduate degree in robotics, engineering, computer science, or related field Experience architecting Physical AI systems using simulation platforms (NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim) and AWS services (SageMaker, IoT Greengrass, VAMS) for robotic model training and digital twin deployment Experience with generative AI and agentic workflows applied to industrial automation, including architecture design, model integration, and synthetic data generation Familiarity with OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description), computer vision, and robotics safety engineering standards Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
