Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation:
$50.00 - $53.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Analyst to support our client's Field Network and Operations teams. This role is focused on improving operational processes, managing documentation, tracking project and field activity progress, developing reporting and metrics, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze existing workflows, processes, and operational activities across the Field Network and Operations teams
Identify process inefficiencies and provide rmendations to improve consistency, effectiveness, and operational efficiency
Support the implementation of new processes, procedures, and workflows designed to enhance team productivity
Create, maintain, and improve process documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and operational guides
Track project deliverables, milestones, and field activity progress to ensure visibility and timelypletion
Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational decision-making and measure effectiveness
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with Field Network, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to facilitatemunication, coordination, and alignment
Support ongoing operational initiatives by providing analysis, documentation, project tracking, and status reporting
Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders to help ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities
Primary Requirements:
Experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
Experience creating and maintaining professional documentation, process flows, and reports
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail andmitment to delivering high-quality work
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting telmunications, network operations, infrastructure projects, or technical operations teams
Familiarity with project management and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or similar systems
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices
Experience developing operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting
