Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Sales and Graphic Design Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating custom graphic designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with customers to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations Utilize basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw to create custom designs Ensure 5 star customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service Answer the phone and respond to email and voicemail as quickly as possible. Make sure all artwork is finalized and transferred to production Review previous day's orders to prioritize artwork and printing Ensure 24 hour turnaround orders met ahead of schedule Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Corel Draw You have worked in a retail environment for at least one year. You are excellent at being articulate in emails.

Additional Responsibilities:

Timely opening and closing procedures Solve production hold-ups in professional manner and communicate with customers Review orders "in the pipeline" and send follow-ups when appropriate Receive, put away and perform monthly inventory counts Assist with production once customer responsibilities are met

Part-time Pay:

Starts at $17.00 per hour or discuss based on experience.

Expected schedule:

20-25 hours per week We are open Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm and Saturday from 9am - 1pm. You must be available all days during these hours.
