Strong MS Teams Voice architecture and administration UCaaS / CCaaS experience IVR and call flow design SIP, SBC, PSTN, dial plans, call routing Telecom carrier management (SIP trunking, number porting, etc.) e911 compliance experience General IP telephony and PBX background Some Avaya is a plus

Responsibilities:

Primary Administration role for all aspects Microsoft TEAMS Voice Architecture, and voice service administration, Delivers system/user installations, maintenances, MACD, Administration and Maintenance of DID and Toll-Free Number management Responsible for maintaining and improving Vendor / Telecom Carrier relationship Conducts bi-annual testing and validation of e.911 Services and compliance. Knowledge of various Voicemail Platform administration and integration. Maintain telecom standards, collaborate with the C&A portfolio team for IVR development, Call flow design and integration. Defines, documents, and puts into effect telecom system configuration standards Present/collaborate complex topics to all levels of staff Define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives for Telecom Voice Services Business Units.
