Description The Mitel VoIP Technician is accountable for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of Mitel communication systems. The Mitel Technician will possess experience with VoIP phones, PBX systems, and network integration (LAN/WAN) to ensure optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess related certifications such as Mitel Certified Associate (MCA) or Mitel Certified Professional (MCP). Previous experience with communication systems including MiVoice, MiCloud, and MiCollab is required.

Responsibilities:

Install, program, and configure Mitel communication systems such as MiVoice Business, MiCloud, and MiCollab Perform regular maintenance, system updates, and software patches to ensure optimal performance and uptime Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting Mitel voice systems Manage user accounts, extensions, call flows, and system configurations based on operational needs Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure proper integration between Mitel systems and other enterprise technologies Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of system features and tools Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, updates, and troubleshooting processes Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated support or complex repairs Position Requirements Associate's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience supporting or administering Mitel communication systems Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telephony, and networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN) Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Mitel Certified Associate or equivalent certification preferred Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Compensation Range Location Visual Sound EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
