Telecom Engineer:

Configure, repair, and install telecommunications voice and data lines adhering to code standards. Analyze and troubleshoot telecommunications infrastructure issues. Provide technical assistance to the community. Configure and support Nortel, Vocera, and Shortel telecommunications systems. Perform network switching and routing Tier 1 troubleshooting. Develop, test, maintain, install, and deploy technologies supporting the organization's technical infrastructure. Support the establishment, development, and promotion of standard architectures, hardware, and software components. Provide consulting services to application development teams and customers regarding technologies and standards. Requirements for the

Telecom Engineer:

At least three (3) years of direct experience with a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with configuration, repair, and installation of telecommunications voice and data lines. Experience analyzing and troubleshooting telecommunications infrastructure issues. Experience providing technical assistance to the community.
