User Study Proctor

Role 1: User Study Proctor Team Lead /

Manager Must-have :

Proctor research experience, prior 6 month tenure working with A Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background, Tasks performed : Manage & Develop the Proctor Team Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols Uphold Data Integrity Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met Plan & Execute Research Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products Develop & Approve Protocols Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals Collect & Analyze Data Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results Communicate Findings Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
