Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on User Experience (UX) Designer to shape and continuously improve the online shopping journey for an ecommerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong visual design skills with conversion-focused thinking and can independently turn ideas into effective digital experiences. You will enhance site usability, support revenue growth, and create customer journeys that are intuitive, engaging, and optimized for performance across devices.
Responsibilities:
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-quality interface designs for new pages, features, and site enhancements using Figma or comparable design platforms.
  • Build and maintain a scalable visual system that keeps branding, typography, spacing, components, and imagery consistent across the ecommerce site and related brand properties.
  • Design responsive, mobile-first experiences that improve browsing, product discovery, and checkout interactions for customers on all screen sizes.
  • Refine navigation structures, search experiences, filtering tools, product detail pages, and cart pathways to reduce friction and support stronger conversion outcomes.
  • Conduct usability reviews, analyze customer feedback, and apply research findings to guide design decisions before launch and during ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Partner with developers by delivering detailed design specifications, preparing production-ready assets, and validating completed work to ensure accuracy against approved designs.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives by supporting A/B testing and iterative improvements aimed at increasing conversion rate, add-to-cart activity, and checkout completion.
  • Strengthen site visibility by improving on-page and technical search optimization elements such as metadata, internal linking, structured content, and information architecture.
  • Organize digital content and product data in ways that improve discoverability across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search and recommendation platforms.
