A User Experience (UX) Designer improves user satisfaction with a product by making its usability, accessibility, and interaction better. Brings together traditional human-computer interaction design, and looks at improving all areas of user experience with a product or service.
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to design and deliver intuitive, engaging shopping experiences across web and native platforms. This role requires strong hands-on design and prototyping skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity UI and final delivery. Design intuitive vehicle and parts shopping experiences across web and native platforms. Create user flows, prototypes, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and modern prototyping tools. Partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Content, and Design teams to translate customer needs and business goals into effective solutions. Leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, exploration, and iteration. Contribute to UX research and content design when needed, including UX copy and translating research insights into design direction.
Must-Have Skills:
8-10 years of professional Product/UX Design experience with a strong portfolio. Advanced Figma & prototyping expertise, including interaction flows, component-level design, and high-fidelity UI. Web & native mobile product design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Design. AI-powered design tools/workflows with the ability to leverage AI for faster exploration and iteration while maintaining design quality.
Industry Experience:
Experience in e-commerce and/or automotive/vehicle shopping experiences.
