Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in an applied UX design role, working on digital platforms or technical products. Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. Experience designing for enterprise products. Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (e.g., productivity, research, or content drafting), or with designing AI-powered features (e.g., addressing trust, mental models, or interaction patterns for LLM-based interfaces). Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. 2 years of experience leading design projects. Responsibilities Define foundational strategy and support long-term user experience and product strategies for the domain.
