Interview Process:
One and done Must-Haves 3-8 years of UX design experience Prior experience working in an e-commerce environment Experience designing complex purchase funnels and user flows Experience working across multiple screens and flows within a funnel Strong ability to translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Axure, with familiarity in UX research methods Highly proactive and curious, with a strong desire to learn and make an impact Experience working cross-functionally within large organizations Bachelor's degree Day-to-Day Insight Global is hiring a UX Designer for a Fortune 500 company. In this role, you will dive deep into e-commerce funnels by analyzing user flows and identifying friction points to improve conversion and engagement. You will design and create wireframes in Figma, as well as develop and test prototypes to validate solutions. We are seeking an individual with a highly collaborative, problem-solving mindset. Prior experience working in an e-commerce environment is required. Much of the work is completed on small, agile teams consisting of an engineer and a product manager; however, there is also a significant individual component where you will work independently. On a day-to-day basis, you will spend approximately: 70% of your time executing designs in Figma 20% collaborating with your core team 10% participating in stand-up meetings
