Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is hiring for multiple UX Designers for a fortune 500 company. In this role, you will dive deep into complex e‑commerce purchase funnels, analyzing user behavior and identifying friction points that impact conversion and completion rates. You will design and iterate on multi‑screen flows including cart, checkout, and account creation, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma. You will work closely with a product manager and engineer on a small agile team, partnering throughout the full design lifecycle, from problem definition through implementation, while also spending significant time executing independently. This is a one year long contract and pays $60-65hr. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
