UX/UI Designer

at Insight Global in Newark, Delaware, United States Job Description Job Description In this role, you'll support our clients consumer-facing student loan applications by focusing on hands-on product design and ongoing design system work within Figma. You'll partner closely with a small application pod, supporting a lead designer by handling smaller features, enhancements, and backlog tickets while ensuring design work is fully vetted before moving into engineering. A significant part of the role involves building on and documenting the existing design system, improving consistency, usability, and scalability across digital experiences. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs are user-centered, well-documented, and development-ready.
