We are seeking exceptional UX Designers who will help build delightful and innovative shopping experiences. You will be working on an inter-disciplinary team of highly-capable designers, software engineers (mobile and backend), scientists, and product managers to invent new experiences for millions of customers at scale. You will help define product strategy and innovative features with emerging technology. To thrive in this role, you must be a pioneer with an inventor's spirit who isn't afraid to think big and a strong understanding of interaction design with a passion for innovation. You are able to work fast, deal with ambiguity, handle several projects, and discern the needs of a brand as it relates to visual identity. You know how to present ideas professionally through a strategic and creative lens. You must be comfortable working with project briefs and managing stakeholder inputs, functional requirements, and timelines. You have a solid understanding of dynamic interfaces and conversation design fundamentals. You have a strong capability to collaborate closely with other UX designers, product management, engineering, scientists, and operational teams as you go from early-stage product concepts to launches of new features and experiences. Key job responsibilities Create world-class, user-centered designs through consideration of business requirements, customer feedback, market research, and usability study findings Work with senior designers to develop design strategy for customers for both ideal state and near term implementation Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Science, Leadership to define, design, and ship new features. Partner closely with product managers to develop and define feature product strategy, iterate quickly to refine Work closely with Engineering for implementation support Consume, improve, and contribute to the design library; develop and maintain design documentation for shared patterns and components Design the interface and interaction flow of new features Present design work to the UX team, product team, engineering team, leadership Structure designs for usability and validation testing to refine and optimize new and existing features Collaborate closely with other designers to gather feedback, brainstorm, create frameworks, build consistency, and critique each other's designs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of design experience Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
