Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, growth-focused design lead with a documented track record of scaling e-commerce revenue. This role centers on High-Impact UI/UX & Consumer Behavior Strategy 75% , supported by hands-on Shopify Theme Development 25% . We aren't just looking for someone who creates visually appealing mockups; we need a seasoned strategist who understands consumer psychology, leverages web analytics to optimize the buyer journey, and possesses the technical capability to deploy custom Shopify Liquid sections directly to our storefront.

for all candidates. What You'll Do Data-Driven UI/UX Design & Consumer Strategy (75%)
Strategic Product Design:
Design high-converting desktop and mobile interfaces, checkout funnels, and landing pages in Figma backed by user research and brand strategy.
Behavioral Analytics & CRO:
Analyze user session recordings, heatmaps, and GA4 metrics to decode consumer purchasing behavior, identify friction points, and implement A/B testing frameworks that measurably lift AOV and conversion rates.
Design Systems:
Architect and maintain scalable Figma component libraries, responsive grid systems, and brand style guides.
Conversion-Driven Collateral:
Produce high-performing digital marketing graphics and promotional assets engineered to trigger consumer purchasing action. Shopify Theme Customization (25%)
Theme Customization:
Translate Figma designs into production-ready code by modifying Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
Dynamic Content Architecture:
Configure and leverage Shopify Metafields and Metaobjects to empower marketing teams with dynamic content management.
Development Workflows:
Utilize Git version control and Shopify CLI for efficient, local theme updates and deployment.
Performance Optimization:
Debug front-end layout issues and ensure design updates maintain fast page load times and core web vitals. What You Bring to the
Table Proven Growth Track Record:
3+ years of UI/UX design experience in e-commerce, with a portfolio showcasing measurable revenue growth, CRO wins, or conversion lifts.
Figma & Design Mastery:
Advanced skills in prototyping, wireframing, e-commerce UX best practices, and foundational graphic design (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy).
Consumer Analytics Expertise:
Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and qualitative tools (Hotjar, Clarity, or VWO).
Technical Front-End Capability:
Solid hands-on proficiency with Shopify Liquid, HTML5, modern CSS, vanilla JavaScript, Metafields/Metaobjects, Git, and Shopify CLI.
