Description:
Business Initiative/Purpose:
(Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work) Wholesale Onboarding - Creating the ability for One View Wholesale clients to create a new account within the One View Experience.
Bachelor Degree:
(Required, Preferred or Not Required) Preferred.
Role Responsibilities:
(what they will be doing) Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences. Design and deliver user journeys, wireframes, visual design concepts, and interactive prototypes across a variety of devices and interfaces. Represent XD for UX design activities in cross-functional development team to create industry leading experiences that deliver value to our clients, teammates and the business. Apply design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes. Complete all Bank e-learning training in designated time frames. Develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals to support work efforts. Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
(Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.) BA/BS degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Service Design, Communication Design, Computer Science, Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, other related field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in creating user experience designs that create a competitive advantage and experience in scientifically measuring the effectiveness of those designs with end users. Qualified in creating design artifacts such as journey maps, wireframes, service design blueprints, personas and prototypes. Strong communication skills. Comfortable presenting. Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and design through a deep understanding of users. Excels in a team environment. Strong understanding of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines. Mastery in the use of UX design tools such as Figma (preferably) and Adobe Creative Suite. Plus/Nice to

Advanced degree (MS or PhD) User Experience, Interaction Design, Service Design, Communication Design, Computer Science, Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, other related field or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of research techniques and the understanding of when to use what technique to ensure validity of data collected when conducting research with human participants..
