Job Description
Job Description We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who is a true Figma expert to support a major enterprise platform modernization initiative. This designer will own complex UX problems end-to-end, contribute directly to product delivery, and help scale design systems and standards across teams. This role is ideal for a senior-level designer who thrives in ambiguity, partners deeply with product and engineering, and balances strong UX craft with pragmatic delivery. - Proven experience creating, evolving, and implementing design systems at scale
- 5+ years of UX design experience on complex digital products (enterprise, SaaS, data-heavy, or regulated environments strongly preferred)
- Experience managing and influencing complex stakeholder groups across; Product, Engineering, UX Research, Design, Business & customer partners
- Comfortable owning work independently from problem definition through delivery
- Strong communication skills; can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Experience with Figma Make or advanced prototyping workflows
- Experience on platform modernization or replatforming initiatives
- Experience working closely with UX Research and translating insights into design
- Background contributing to scalable, multi-product design systems
