MUST HAVE

Strong modern front-end engineering experience, ideally TypeScript with React or a comparable enterprise framework.
Experience building data-heavy internal applications with complex forms, editable grids, validation and role-specific workflows.
Comfort integrating with APIs, authentication, authorization, loading/error states and audit-oriented user actions.
Good instincts for usability, traceability, accessibility, performance and reducing manual entry errors.
Able to work closely with product owners, data engineers, QA and business users without needing every detail pre-written.
