MUST HAVE
- Strong modern front-end engineering experience, ideally TypeScript with React or a comparable enterprise framework.
- Experience building data-heavy internal applications with complex forms, editable grids, validation and role-specific workflows.
- Comfort integrating with APIs, authentication, authorization, loading/error states and audit-oriented user actions.
- Good instincts for usability, traceability, accessibility, performance and reducing manual entry errors.
- Able to work closely with product owners, data engineers, QA and business users without needing every detail pre-written.
