Full Stack with React and React Native

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

• Lead and drive front end UI development for modern web and mobile applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and reusability.
• Design and develop scalable, reusable UI components using React, following component based and modular architecture principles.
• Develop and enhance cross platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring consistent user experience across iOS and Android devices.
• Own frontend architecture, state management, component libraries, and UI standards across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high quality, responsive user interfaces.
• Optimize UI performance, including rendering efficiency, load times, responsiveness, and memory usage across browsers and mobile devices.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross device compatibility of frontend and mobile UI components.
• Integrate frontend and mobile UI components with backend services and APIs.
• Apply strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, lifecycle management, and modern frontend patterns.
• Participate in frontend testing, including unit tests, component testing, and UI validation.
• Debug and resolve UI defects and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
• Work independently and proactively in an Agile delivery model, owning frontend heavy user stories end to end.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend frameworks, tools, and engineering practices.
• Provide guidance on frontend best practices, design systems, and code quality. Roles & Responsibilities
• Own and lead frontend development for web applications using React.
• Design and develop React Native features for mobile applications, ensuring high code quality and performance.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable UI components and shared frontend assets.
• Work closely with UX teams to ensure design fidelity, usability, and consistency across platforms.
• Optimize UI rendering, layouts, and interactions for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and API consumption.
• Perform UI focused testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards and best practices.
• Support release cycles and UI enhancements across web and mobile platforms.
• Mentor junior frontend and mobile developers when required.
• Provide technical inputs for frontend architecture and design discussions.
• Act as a frontend subject matter expert within the Agile team.

Salary Range $120,000-$140,000 Per year
