Job Description

Meet Our Team:
As a UX Designer at Pega, you'll contribute to the product design team by ensuring a consistent user experience for SaaS and PaaS customers. You'll participate in every stage of the product life cycle alongside cross-functional teams, helping shape future vision Picture Yourself at

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions.

You'll apply user research, design systems, and usability best practices to solve real customer problems while balancing business and technical constraints. What You'll Do at
Pega:
Build applications impacting millions of users. Translate business goals into design requirements and collaborate on iterations. Develop high-fidelity prototypes for user testing. Present readiness documents to development teams and stakeholders. Assist in foundational research and apply user insights. Collaborate with the Pega UX Design team, developers, and stakeholders. Ensure designs are accurately implemented by development teams. Support marketing and documentation to showcase product value. Champion user advocacy and design at Pega.
Who You Are:
The perfect candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, demonstrates measurable achievements, is curious, and intuitively understands how users engage with software. You can think conceptually and recognize interface metaphors that are adaptable to various products.
What You've Accomplished:
Professional experience in related field Excellent skills in UX design, interaction design, visual design and typography Background in information systems and web development Professional knowledge of Figma or similar software Working knowledge of design principles, design systems, industry standards / trends, and software development processes Experience observing users as part of research studies and usability testing Proven track record of producing tangible results Strong communication skills Ability to think at a conceptual level, identify interface metaphors that can be applied across multiple products

This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
