$140,000-$160,000 Per Year Description Join our team in a full-time capacity as a Lead Designer in Baltimore, MD. This role involves designing user experiences for complex workflows, collaborating with various departments, and utilizing modern technology tools. The position requires a strong focus on creating scalable, intuitive designs and delivering measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive user experiences for complex workflows. Simplify integrated systems into efficient and scalable designs. Drive outcomes through data-informed design decisions and iteration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and align solutions. Ensure accessibility and compliance with design standards. Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields. Proven experience with end-to-end design across complex systems. Strong systems thinking and problem simplification skills.
