JOB SUMMARY
- is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Designer to create customer-centered mobile experiences that drive loyalty engagement, member growth, onboarding, and retention.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline designing consumer-facing digital products
- Experience creating end-to-end mobile application experiences using user-centered design principles, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design methodologies Preferred
- Experience designing loyalty, membership, travel, hospitality, retail, or subscription-based digital experiences
- Experience working within established design systems and creating scalable design solutions
- Experience leveraging qualitative research, quantitative analytics, and customer insights to inform design decisions
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Design mobile-first customer experiences that align customer needs, business objectives, and platform best practices
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate experience concepts and solutions
- Translate business requirements and customer insights into intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to define and deliver development-ready design solutions
- Leverage customer research, behavioral data, analytics, and business insights to inform experience design recommendations
- Apply established design system standards, patterns, and components to ensure consistency across digital products
- Produce detailed design specifications and documentation to support implementation and delivery
- Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders through effective storytelling and visual communication
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration sessions to align on user experience outcomes
- Support usability testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities to improve customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, onboarding, retention, and loyalty through experience design improvements
- Manage multiple design initiatives by prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and communicating risks and dependencies
- Provide constructive feedback during design critiques and incorporate feedback to strengthen solutions
- Stay current on UX, mobile design, accessibility, and industry best practices and apply insights to product development
- Build strong partnerships across Design, Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences
