A User Interface or User Experience (UI / UX) Designer assists with technology design to make products easier for people to use. Determines user preferences and assesses the process that users follow to access product functions; develops and tests new design models, and incorporates findings in to improved product design. Researches the behavior of internet users and consumers, compiles information about the target audience for a site, and develops website layout, design and technology features that improve accessibility and value for users.

Required Skills:
7+ years of UI/UX design experienceHas served as the primary UI/UX point of contact for stakeholdersExpert-level Figma experienceUser Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design experienceVue.js, CSS and front-end layout experienceKnowledge of Human-Centered Design methodologiesExperience supporting enterprise web applicationsExperience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesUser research, discovery sessions, and usability testing expertiseResponsive design principlesExperience developing and maintaining design systems/pattern librariesAccessibility best practices and standardsStrong stakeholder communication and presentation skillsDesired Skills:
