User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives and create engaging user experiences in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead and deliver end-to-end UX design for product features and initiatives. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes. Translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions. Ensure alignment with existing design systems and scalable UX patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, during Agile ceremonies. Communicate design decisions clearly, supported by user and business rationale. Continuously improve design quality through feedback and iteration. Skills Strong proficiency in Figma for product design, including wireframes and interactive prototypes. Demonstrated experience in delivering comprehensive UX design solutions. Ability to design intuitive interaction patterns and develop clear information architecture. Experience in conducting usability testing and incorporating insights into design iterations. Strong collaboration skills in Agile cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience with journey mapping and applying design systems. Familiarity with JIRA for project management. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
