Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about crafting intuitive digital experiences and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Design engaging and user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms. Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Research to deliver user-centered solutions. Participate in design critiques and strategic planning sessions to refine design approaches. Utilize customer insights and research findings to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences. Contribute to existing design systems and ensure adherence to accessibility standards. Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders and team members. Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX Design or Product Design. Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Experience in designing ecommerce or transactional user experiences. Familiarity with conversion optimization and A/B testing methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Curiosity about emerging design tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
