Description We are looking for a UX Designer for a remote contract. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers and engineers to create engaging user experiences that align with business goals and exceed user expectations. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects within the financial and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, development-ready design mockups in Figma that address user needs and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure designs align with strategic goals and deliver effective user experiences.
• Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to refine and implement design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve design outcomes.
• Maintain design consistency and quality across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Contribute to brainstorming and design sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Provide expert guidance on UX best practices to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in integrating designs into product development workflows.
• Document design decisions and processes to ensure clear communication across teams. Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design and UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating high-quality design mockups.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers and developers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate design concepts.
• Familiarity with financial or healthcare industry projects is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends and tools to remain competitive in the field.
