Responsibilities Lead the design and development of user experiences for web and mobile platforms, aligning with brand and accessibility guidelines. Establish and maintain a documentation space for UX content via SharePoint. Develop and manage a comprehensive Figma library for the design team. Conduct user research and develop personas to guide design choices. Work with stakeholders to enhance UX intake processes and strategies. Drive content and UX enhancement initiatives across multiple platforms. Skills Strong track record in UX design with a portfolio showcasing previous work. Expertise in using design tools like Figma and SharePoint effectively. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills Experience with user research techniques and usability testing. Knowledge of information architecture and content strategy. Familiarity with agile development processes.
