  • $52.27 /hr Posted April 21, 2026 Our client, a global pet-care brand, has an immediate need for a Digital Program Manager with microsite and loyalty program activation experience. This contract starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (40 hours per week) for at least 1 year. This position requires ONSITE work in Downtown Saint Louis Monday
  • Thursday while allowing for remote work on Fridays.
Digital Program Manager Responsibilities:
  • Managing activations across the loyalty program and microsites
  • including coordinating multiple streams of work, congruent timelines, products, and strategic initiatives
  • Managing delivery using Kanban boards to visualize work, track flow, and manage priorities across cross-functional teams
  • Leading and setting agendas, preparing tickets for review, organizing sessions, documentation, and follow ups
  • Leading a team and serving as primary point person
  • keeping everything on track and mitigating risk through stakeholder communication
  • Managing and organizing resources across projects
  • Leading activation status forums, including agenda setting, readiness review, and decision-making
  • Monitoring progress to ensure milestones are being met, and proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and resource gaps
Digital Program Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project and / or program management
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence and / or Workfront
  • Experience with Kanban methodology
  • High-level operational management and leadership skills
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
