IT Job Description UX Designer Chatham, NJ (Onsite) FTE Only UX Designer- Design intuitive user experiences for developer-facing products, including service catalogs, golden paths, onboarding workflows, documentation experiences, CI/CD pipelines, and platform tooling.
- Conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions with developers and engineering teams.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Define and improve information architecture across the developer portal.
- Develop user journey maps that identify friction points and opportunities for automation.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business and developer needs into compelling solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity.
- Leverage and contribute to enterprise design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure experiences meet accessibility and responsive design standards.
- Analyze usage patterns, user feedback, and metrics to continuously improve developer experience.
