Description Senior Creative Designer (Integrated Campaigns) - up to $85k Hannah Savage with Robert Half is working with a client who's looking for a versatile Senior Creative Designer who thrives at the crossroads of storytelling, design, and innovation. In this role, you'll bring ideas to life—from early concepts through final execution—creating impactful, visually engaging work across today's digital landscape.

What You'll Do:

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Design seamless, user-friendly digital experiences grounded in UX/UI and human-centered design principles + Collaborate with cross-functional partners to generate innovative, high-impact creative concepts + Confidently present ideas and rationale to internal teams and clients + 3+ years in visual design, art direction, or digital experience design + Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and execution across channels + Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience working within established design systems + Solid understanding of digital platforms (web, social, motion, interactive) and how they connect + Working knowledge of usability, accessibility, and performance best practices + Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and attention to detail + Team-oriented with a growth mindset and openness to feedback Nice to Have + Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping + Basic understanding of front-end/web development principles + Interest in using AI and emerging tools to enhance creative workflows Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
