Product Designer

About the role: We're looking for a curious, collaborative and user-focused Product Designer to join TQL's growing digital product team. In this role, you'll design intuitive, impactful experiences that solve real user problems and drive business outcomes across TQL's technology ecosystem. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand user needs, explore multiple solutions and deliver high-quality designs that balance usability, feasibility and business value.
