Senior Experience Designer #26-04914 Lakewood, CO Strongsville, OH Phoenix, AZ Pittsburgh, PA On-site Contract Starts 5/25/2026 Ends 3/31/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Experience Designer - Onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, or Strongsville, OH. This is a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity. This role is a foundational contributor within a newly formed product organization focused on building d, reusable enterprise platforms. The team builds and manages enterprise-widemunication and platform capabilities, such asmunication hubs, document management systems, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will help shape team norms and product practices while working in a fast-moving environment, transformingplex tasks into intuitive and easy-to-use designs.

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the discovery of customer and business needs through contextual inquiries and research Transformplex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle Set the design direction and strategy,municating initiatives through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes Work closely with business analysts, business sponsors, project managers, and IT teams to obtain and understand business requirements Create the design of user interface specifications by ing client research, design standards, and industry best practices Participate in design review sessions with project teams to acquire consensus and approval on designs Collaborate closely with engineering during the build phase, validate solutions through feedback, and ensure consistency with enterprise design standards Act as a user experience advocate for the principles of user-centered design

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human factors/usability, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of related experience Strong proficiency with Figma (or equivalent) for wireframing, high-fidelity designs, and prototyping Experience designing for enterprise or platform-based products, includingplex workflows and multi-user journeys Hands-on experience working with or contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering throughout discovery, design, and delivery Proven understanding of user-centered design (UCD) techniques and principles Demonstrated ability in gathering and translating requirements from business sponsors, SMEs, users, and business analysts Knowledge of web client technologies (browsers, HTML, CSS) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Desired skills: Experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries Experience helping define UX standards, principles, or patterns for a new product organization Background designing reusable,ponent-based experiences for enterprise platforms Pay range: $37.41 - $45.41 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
