Notary Loop is searching for a Design Director to lead our dynamic Creative department. This full-time, on-site position presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape and enhance our brand presence in the competitive computer software and engineering industry. This pivotal role involves guiding the overall design strategy and ensuring that our branding and user experience are cohesive and innovative. What you'll be getting up to Develop and implement the design vision for our products and services. Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering to ensure design alignment with business goals. Oversee the design process, from initial concepts through to final execution. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our design practices cutting-edge. What you'll need to flourish Proven experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Strong understanding of user experience and interaction design principles. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Nice to have Experience in the tech industry and familiarity with SaaS products. Knowledge of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with data-driven design and analytics.
