Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 4-5+ years of relevant UX, HMI, infotainment, user research, or product design experience. Experience conducting user-centered research in an educational or professional environment. Experience with automotive research and user studies. Experience with product benchmarking. Experience with user testing methodologies. Experience developing and evaluating infotainment or HMI concepts. Proficiency with Figma for UX/UI concept development. Preferred Skills Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX, HMI, prototyping, or research work. Experience with ProtoPie. Experience with GUI and HMI prototyping tools such as: Axure. Kanzi. Unity. Experience with DScout or similar user research platforms. Automotive industry experience. Job Responsibilities Conduct user-centered research to identify customer needs and infotainment usability requirements. Analyze existing research and translate findings into infotainment solutions, features, and design concepts. Develop infotainment UX concepts and prototypes. Perform product and competitive benchmarking. Create GUI and HMI prototypes using Figma and other prototyping tools. Conduct user studies and usability testing. Analyze user testing results and incorporate findings into design iterations. Evaluate infotainment features for usability, quality, and competitive positioning. Develop design and research presentation materials. Document UX research findings, design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations.

Pay:
