UX Software Engineer

UX software engineering leadership role focused on full-stack development, user experience systems, cloud-connected tools, cybersecurity compliance, and technical mentorship. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required 5 to 10+ years of software development experience Experience leading software design, development, and testing activities Experience with full-stack software architecture and integration Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ Experience with front-end and back-end development Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems Experience with cloud-based or internet-connected software tools Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance requirements Experience managing large-scale software projects Experience providing technical mentorship to junior engineers Preferred Skills Experience developing user experience-focused software systems and applications Experience evaluating future product competitiveness and technology feasibility Experience with data modeling and database access methods Experience applying full-stack development methodologies across multiple environments Experience supporting secure, user-centered software product development Experience leading technical strategy for software platforms or applications Job Responsibilities Lead strategic activities related to future product competitiveness and technology feasibility Plan, design, develop, and test UX-focused software systems and applications Develop cloud-based and internet-connected software tools Apply full-stack development methodologies across front-end and back-end systems Ensure software systems meet cybersecurity compliance requirements Manage large-scale software development projects Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Support development of secure, user-centric software solutions Work with databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies Contribute to software architecture, system integration, and application performance improvements

Pay:
